Breathe is a blend of natural adaptogens and mushroom extracts sourced from wild-harvested and naturally cultivated mushrooms, grown outside in nature. Breathe is a spagyric tincture, formulated with a dual extraction of the fruiting body of Cordyceps, Reishi, Artist Conk, and Chaga, with Ashwagandha, preserved in organic vegetable glycerin.

Inactive Ingredients: Distilled Water, Organic Vegetable Glycerin USP

Daily Use:

One full dropper (1mL) per 25 pounds of body weight once daily on food or in mouth. For best results, use consistently.

Each 1mL dropper contains at least 350mg of extract.
